Multianalyte immunoassay has gained increasing  attention due to its high sample throughput, shortassay time, low sample consumption and reduced overall cost per assay. Most of the current  developed approaches for multianalyte immunoassay are based on spatial-resolved,multilabel or separation mode. This paper reviews the progress of multianalyte immunoassay and its applications in different fields with 90 references. The outlook of thispromising technique has been discussed.
